We offer here a diamond core bit set for cordless screwdrivers and power drills for making clean holes in various materials. With the diamond core bits you can drill in natural stone slabs as well as in tiles (glazed and unglazed). The case contains a total of 8 diamond core bits Ø 10, 20, 32, 40, 45, 50, 68, 75 mm. 

Too large diameter? No problem, we offer you in our store also our diamond drill bit small where you can choose between 6, 8,10 and 12 mm.

Because the diamond core bits are very thin walled, you get a fast and clean cut. Due to the industrial diamond used, the drill bits are particularly hard and combine with our Drilling aid for drill bits.

A special feature is the wet cutting. Means: spraying the drill hole with a spray bottle is sufficient.
(The advantage of wet cutting is the additional cooling of the material and dust-free drilling)

Processing

1. Mark the hole where you want to drill.
2. Fix the tapping aid over the mark, select the desired size.
3. Position drill bit and carefully drill in with even pressure.
4. Remove drilled out material with screwdriver or other pointed object (Do not tap out).

Hints & tips

Shortly after drilling, do not touch the drill bit with your hands, as it becomes very hot!

Application tip: A drilling machine with which you can regulate or throttle the speed is optimal.
