DURAL ET-S adhesive sealant FLEX 310 M CLASSIC

Our adhesive replaces conventional fasteners, is adhesive, pasty, stable, can be painted over "wet on wet", resistant to aging, weathering, UV-resistant and solvent-free. FLEX 310 M Classic is ISEGA certified and can also be used as an adhesive in food technology. Above all, however, the adhesive is used for bonding composite waterproofing and is ETAG certified.

The adhesive and sealant has an MS polymer base and has extremely strong initial adhesion and is suitable for bonding metals, many plastics, ceramics, wood, glass and stone. FLEX 310 M Classic replaces conventional fasteners such as screws, dowels and rivets. Due to the very high initial adhesion, bonding is possible even on vertical surfaces indoors and outdoors. The product can be used in drywall and interior construction, in metal construction, in tank and apparatus construction, in ventilation and air-conditioning technology, in trade fair and store construction and wherever silicones or products containing silicones are not suitable.

Surface pretreatment:

Surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Many surface contaminants such as oil, grease, dust and dirt can be removed with a suitable surface cleaner. Most materials can be bonded well with and to each other. Mechanical surface pretreatment is usually not necessary.

Application instructions:

1. To ensure optimum wetting, the bonded parts must be joined before the first skin has formed on the adhesive (skin formation time).
2. When processing FLEX 310 M Classic, the physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data and regulations must be observed. Please refer to our safety data sheet.
3. We recommend the use of a cartridge gun with piston rod.
