Shipping note:

If you receive a damaged package, please check the contents in the presence of the supplier. If the contents are damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance and complain directly to us. We will then immediately take care of your case and ensure that you receive a replacement as soon as possible. If you have ordered the wrong items, you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Alternatively, we offer you to pick up the items, for this we charge an expense and handling amount of 45.00 €, which we deduct from the cancellation invoice. A pickup organized by us can not be refunded via PayPal. 

Shipping Service:
