With our category of special profiles, we cover above all many special cases:
Adjustment profiles
From one floor to another. With an adjustment or height compensation profile, you create a visually flawless transition between two floor coverings of different heights. Our range offers a solution for a wide variety of applications. We have height compensation profiles made of aluminum with wide tread surfaces for larger height differences and also narrow variants.
Our adjustment profiles are often used in outdoor areas. Wide rails are also recommended for garage entrances, as the profiles can withstand large loads. Height adjustment profiles create a clean, stepless transition between different floor coverings. Whether from tiles to parquet or from tiles to carpet, they ensure a height compensation of the different floors and a harmoniously flowing appearance.
We offer our aluminum height compensation profiles in different surfaces and lengths.
Concave profiles
Connecting profiles (or fillet profiles) create beautiful transitions between wall and floor or two walls.
The connection profile earns its name by its characteristics. A fillet is, by definition, a concave rounding of an edge. It is used to create a clean connection between the wall and the floor. This creates corner areas that are clean and durable. Torn, badly glued or ugly yellowed or dirty silicone joints are easily and quickly covered by the connection profile.
Due to its elegant appearance, it opens up new design possibilities when renovating or refurbishing rooms in both private and commercial living spaces.
In our online store, we offer you not only the connection profiles but also the matching accessories, such as inside corners, outside corners and 3D corners. If you want to install the connection profiles both vertically and horizontally, we recommend our inside corners 3D, which has 3 connections for connection profiles. To ensure a visually appealing side finish, we recommend covering the sides with the appropriate end caps.
Worktop profiles
The kitchen is in use every day. So are the kitchen countertops. Among other things, the surface is used for chopping, washing up or cooking. Workers often lean their bodies against the edges of the worktops. So that this does not have unpleasant consequences for people and material, there is our worktop profile. This profile reduces the risk of injury for you and your children, because sharp edges are covered in the best possible way by the rounded profile. Furthermore, it helps to protect the delicate tile covering from possible impacts. Especially in the kitchen, the tile covering is exposed to many other loads and can quickly be damaged or appear worn. Due to the fact that the profiles are made of aluminum, they offer a sufficiently high strength and thus optimally protect the vulnerable tiles, or countertops from outside influences. Besides the protective effect, the countertop profile is also used for visual reasons, as it offers you various design options. On the one hand, you can use the worktop profile to visually stand out from other elements in the room, or to match the color of existing ones, thus creating a uniform design in the room. The countertop profile, also called the end profile, brings even more advantages. The profile is firmly anchored in the mortar bed of the actual tile and thus provide a secure hold.
You can find the countertop profile in silver and titanium anodized. Of course, we also have the matching accessories, such as outer and inner corners and end caps. Worktop profiles can be used flexibly. You can find them mostly in the kitchen, hobby room or workshop.
Floor finishing profiles
Floor end profiles are end profiles used to create a smooth transition between different floor coverings or between a floor covering and a wall. Floor finishing profiles not only close your flooring neatly, but at the same time protect its edges. They protect the floor from damage and prevent dirt and dust from accumulating. We offer floor edging profiles in various designs. For example, we have self-adhesive end profiles, which are easy to install.
Furthermore, you can choose between different materials, lengths, heights and colors to meet the needs of different applications and provide a visually appealing solution.
Floor finishing profiles can be used flexibly. They are often found under balconies or patio doors.
Movement joint profiles
Expansion joint profiles are ideal for use on screed joints or wherever tension in the floor needs to be compensated.
These tile profiles are equipped with an EPDM insert and can thus absorb the movements of the floor and prevent stress cracks on tiles. The fact is, every subfloor expands or contracts depending on the temperature. Therefore, it is even more important to use expansion joint profiles when there are different substrates where the new floor will be installed.
When installing movement joint profiles, it is important that the profiles do not protrude from the floor, but also should not sink into the floor. A finish at grade is optimal. To achieve this, always select your tile rails 1 mm higher than the tiles.
We offer expansion joint profiles made of aluminum, stainless steel and PVC in various heights. Likewise, you can also choose tile profiles that are suitable for retrofitting.
Decor profiles
Set accents and give boring rooms, that certain something - that is the task of decorative profiles. With the decorative profile, you can give modern rooms a touch of timeless elegance and create a cozy atmosphere. Nowadays, more and more tile rails are included in the decoration of the tiles. The trend of recent times is to use ceramics and furniture with very minimalist and simple shapes. By playing with details, people try to beautify the environment and make it warmer and more inviting. This is best achieved with the so-called decorative rails.
To ensure that there is something for every taste, we offer tile rails in different materials, finishes, widths and heights. You can choose between the high-quality materials aluminum and stainless steel in our store.
Corner protection angle
The name says it all. Corner protection angles protect corners and edges and are also suitable for covering already damaged edges while preventing new damage. The corner protection angle is useful wherever corner areas are exposed to heavy loads, e.g. in high traffic areas such as corridors or entrance areas of hotels or hospitals. Corner protection angles can help protect corners and edges from scratches, dents and wear and tear that can be caused by bumps, furniture, transporting items and other activities. They can also help extend the life of walls and doors and reduce maintenance costs.
In many cases, corner guards are required by law, especially in public buildings such as schools, hospitals and offices. They are also widely used in residential buildings and can come in a variety of styles and sizes to meet different needs and requirements.
We offer single and triple edged corner guards in our online store. At first glance, both look very similar, but upon closer inspection, you can easily see the extra edges. These serve a neat finish on the wall and provides a smoother transition.
With us you can find the corner protection angle in stainless steel or aluminum. Also you have a wide choice of different finishes, colors and heights.
Flexible tile rails
Flexible tile rails are profiles used to mount tiles on uneven walls or corners. These rails are flexible and can be adjusted to irregular surfaces or flooring with curves to get a uniform result. Unlike traditional tile rails, flexible profiles can be adjusted to bend around curves and corners, making them especially useful when tiles need to be installed in hard-to-reach places or on uneven surfaces.
Most of our flexible profiles can be bent by hand, but we recommend using a curver for a more precise result. We offer not only flexible square profiles, angle profiles, quarter circle profiles, but also high quality aluminum skirting boards and transition profiles T-shape (for example, the transition profile T-shape aluminum silver), which can be easily bent with the help of the curver.
Stair profiles
Stair profiles are profiles used to cover and protect the edges of steps. The profiles create an even transition surface between the steps and the floor, ensuring a clean transition and avoiding unnecessary tripping hazards. In addition, they protect the edges of the steps from damage and wear, thus increasing the life of the staircase.
We offer stair nosing profiles in various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel or plastic. Likewise, they are available in different colors and sizes to suit different requirements and styles. Some stair profiles also come with an anti-slip coating for added safety.
When choosing stair profiles, it is important to consider the type of flooring and the environment in which the staircase will be installed. For example, stair profiles in damp areas or areas with high humidity should be particularly robust and durable. Stair profiles are an important part of any staircase and help improve the look and safety of the room.
Transition profiles
Do you want to connect two floors of the same height? Then we recommend our transition profiles. These have the task of creating a seamless transition between two levels or to compensate for minor unevenness. For this reason they are often used for transitions between doors. Transition profiles have several functions. Firstly, they serve to make the transition between different floor coverings, such as from parquet to tile or from carpet to laminate, more visually appealing. They help to make the finish of floor coverings neat and tidy and prevent edges from looking unsightly or even creating tripping hazards.
Another benefit of transition profiles is that they can protect flooring from damage and wear at transitions. Especially in high-traffic areas like entrances or hallways, transition profiles can help extend the life of the flooring and reduce maintenance costs.
Overall, transition profiles are a practical and aesthetically pleasing way to transition between different floor coverings in a room while increasing the protection of the coverings. We offer our transition profiles in a variety of materials and colors, so you can find the right profile for any taste.
