Tile profiles and their applications
Tile profiles can be used in different flexible ways. tile profile are mostly installed to protect finishing edges, so that possible damage to the tiles is prevented. In addition, the profiles also enable the separation of two different floor coverings or tiles through a certain look. In addition, they are suitable as a finishing profile for wall projections, plinths, wall corners and floor edges. Likewise, you have the choice not only of straight tile profiles, but also of flexible tile profiles for bending, which are often used for rounded tiles. However, tile profiles are not always found only on the floor, but often serve as a finish in the field of wall design, as they can be processed both vertically and horizontally. In addition, tile profiles are used as decorative elements, for example, to frame mirrors. The possibilities of processing
Tile profile - the different shapes
The most common tile profile are square, angle and quarter-circle profiles, which provide a perfect finish to your tile covering. The difference between the various shapes? Here once quickly explained.
Angle profile
Angle rails are the most classic form of tile profiles. This form not only covers unsightly edges, but also protects them from wear and tear. They can be used in all areas of the house. Due to their special angular position and various material thicknesses, they can be used even in areas that are permanently and heavily used. In addition to the protective function, the angle profiles also serve modern design. The profiles are versatile and create, in addition to clean transitions and demarcations of different floor coverings, an optimal edge protection. You can use the angle rail vertically, but also horizontally to achieve the best possible end result of your construction project.
We offer our angle profiles made of aluminium, stainless steel, brass and PVC in various colors and finishes. For round floor coverings we offer you in our online store angle profiles also in the bendable version.
square edge trim
Square, practically beautiful! Square profiles are separating, edge protection and finishing profiles that provide a modern, sophisticated design in your living spaces. They are used where floor and wall coverings have to meet the highest requirements. Due to the square shape, the tile profile enables a clean separation of different coverings and areas. In addition to the protective effect, the decorative function is also in the foreground with this profile.
We offer our square profiles in aluminium, stainless steel and PVC. Of course, we have the matching tile profile corners in different variants, surfaces and colors.
round edge trim
Quarter circle profiles or round profiles are used for simple and precise design of rounded edges and at the same time create a neat finish for outside wall corners and floor coverings. As with the previous profiles, the round shape, in addition to the protective effect, is suitable for unusual designs and beautiful rounding. The round profiles are used, among other things, for tiles, carpeting, parquet or natural stone.
These profiles can also be installed both vertically and horizontally. Therefore, they are often found in partition areas in the bathroom or vertically on external corners in the living area.
Natural we also offer this form in aluminium, stainless steel and PVC with the appropriate accessories such as internal and external corners.

Care of tile profiles?
Tile profile do not require any special care in principle. Dirt adhesion can be removed with standard cleaning agents. Cleaning agents must not contain hydrochloric acid or hydrofluoric acid and must not be abrasive. The manufacturer's care instructions should also be followed.
Which material is the right one?
We have now given you an initial insight into our range of tile profiles. Have you decided on a shape, but are still not sure about the material? Then here is a short introduction to the different materials.
stainless steel - The right choice for regular loads
The most sought-after material in our store is stainless steel. You have the choice between stainless steel V2A and stainless steel V4A. The latter is often used when exposed to very heavy loads. All stainless steel profiles are available in "natural", "polished" and "brushed" finishes. All three finishes have the same mechanical resistance, which makes stainless steel the most popular material for tile profile!
PVC - Bring color to the profile
Tile strips made of PVC are relatively light and for this reason easy to work with yourself. However, they are suitable only for places where they are not exposed to great loads, because the plastic makes them not as robust as, for example, the metal. The advantage of PVC profiles is the wide range of colors.
aluminium - Compromise between stainless steel & PVC
aluminium is easier to process than stainless steel and is suitable for medium mechanical loads. We offer our aluminum profiles in anodized or powder coated. This makes them more robust against external influences.
Brass - the exceptional material for tile profile
Brass profiles are suitable for high loads. Other special advantages are the strength and also the corrosion resistance of almost all brass alloys.
