Square profile corners made of stainless steel polished for a modern design in top quality facilitate the use of our square tile profile. All stainless steel corners that you buy from us are made of solid "solid material"! Please note that these corners can only be combined with our square edge trim stainless steel polished are combinable!
Our square stainless steel tile profiles are edge protectors, separators and end profiles with square dimensions on all sides. They not only protect, but can also be used wherever wall coverings should aesthetically meet the highest requirements. Due to their shape, square tile profile enable optimal and sophisticated designs in combination with tile coverings, as well as natural stone coverings.

stainless steel is a very hard alloy, this makes tile profile from stainless steel also particularly resistant to high mechanical loads. However, this also means that it cannot be cut as easily as aluminium or PVC. This is where our square corners come in: Why laboriously cut rails to size when tile borders can also be easily installed with the matching corner pieces. We use for our square tile profile V2A stainless steel (1.4301) in versions with unfinished surface (natural), with finely ground (brushed) surface or polished.

Application

Especially in private areas, food industry, hospitals, swimming pools and breweries. Stainless steel rails can be used everywhere where particularly high demands are made on cleanliness, hygiene, resilience, as well as chemical resistance.

The following applies to all products and materials: The usability with regard to mechanical and chemical loads must be carefully checked in each individual case. In general, the generally accepted rules of technology must be observed!

Processing

1. Always select the tile profiles 1-2 mm higher than the tiles you want to lay. 
2. The corners are selected according to the tile profile height
3. Apply tile adhesive in the border area with a notched trowel. For outside wall corners, finish tiling one wall first.
4. Press the profiles into the adhesive bed and align.
5. Cover the fastening legs with adhesive over the entire surface.
6. Press tiles firmly into place and align so that they are flush with the upper edge of the profile.
7. Use matching square corner pieces
8. Leave a joint of 2-3 mm to the profile.
9. Completely fill the space between tiles and profile with grout.
