Examples of use

• Fast, structural bonding of parts made of rigid PVC, e.g. our drainage gutter system.
• Plastic window construction: Adhering additional profiles such as weather deflectors, drain, strike and roller shutter strips.
• Plastic window construction: Adhering of drip caps and roller shutter inlet funnels in PVC profiles
• Sanitary sector: Adhering pipes, gutters and other items
• Trade fair and sign construction: structural bonding of integral hard foam panels, e.g. Forex made of hard PVC

Processing:

• Clean the surfaces of the parts to be joined, ensuring they are dry, dust-free and grease-free.
• Apply adhesive unilaterally in a bead (snake-like) shape.
• Join parts within the open time (max. 60s) and fix until functional strength is achieved, press if necessary.

The adhesive is not suitable for foil-coated profiles and pressure pipe bonding. The tube must be stored tightly closed, dry, and at temperatures of +15°C to +25°C without direct sunlight. Unopened, it has a shelf life of 24 months.

Attention!

The liquid and vapor are highly flammable. Causes serious eye irritation upon contact. May irritate the respiratory tract.

In case of contact with skin (or hair): immediately remove all contaminated clothing, wash/shower skin with water. In case of inhalation: go to fresh air and rest in a position that makes breathing easier. In case of contact with eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. In case of explosion or if affected: seek medical advice/attention.

Store in a cool, well-ventilated place. May form explosive peroxides. Contains tetrahydrofuran.
