We offer a diamond drill bit set for cordless screwdrivers and drill machines to create clean holes in various materials. The diamond drill bits can be used to drill into natural stone slabs as well as tiles (glazed and unglazed). The case contains a total of 8 diamond drill bits with diameters of 10, 20, 32, 40, 45, 50, 68, and 75 mm.
Diameter too large? No problem, we also offer our small diamond drill crown in our shop, where you can choose between 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
Because the diamond drill bits are very thin-walled, you get a fast and clean cut. The industrial diamonds used make the drill bits particularly hard and combine well with our drill bit support .
A special feature is the wet cut. This means: spraying the drill hole with a spray bottle is sufficient.
(The advantage of wet cutting is the additional cooling of the material and dust-free drilling.)
Processing
Mark the hole where you want to drill.
Fix the pilot hole guide over the marking, select the desired size.
Position the drill bit and carefully drill in with even pressure.
Remove the drilled-out material with a screwdriver or other pointed object (do not knock it out).
Notes & Tips
Do not touch the drill bit with your hands shortly after drilling, as it will become very hot!
Application tip: Ideally, use a drill that allows you to regulate or throttle the speed.
