Possible applications for PVC square profiles from DURAL:

PVC square profiles from DURALare designed for use in interior spaces, where they serve to both visually enhance the finish of tiles and protect the edges of these tiles.

They are particularly suitable for rooms and areas that are not subjected to high stress.

Please note that we use the following:DURAL Square Profile PVCnot recommended for outdoor use due to their properties and performance under various conditions.

Processing of the square profile PVC:

1. Choose the appropriate profile:
   To align the tile and profile flush with each other, a buffer needs to be factored in because the tile adhesive adds thickness. Therefore, select the height of the profile 1-2 mm higher.
2. Apply tile adhesive:
   Now, apply the tile adhesive to the cleaned substrate using a notched trowel.
3. Attaching the DURAL square profile PVC:
   The profile is now pressed into the adhesive bed with the stamped leg and aligned. Then embed the leg completely.
4. Apply tile:
   Align the tile with a 2-3 mm gap to the profile and flush with the top edge of the profile, and press it into the adhesive.
5. Close the gap:
   Fill the resulting joint completely with joint filler.

Simply cut the PVC profiles to size as needed.
