"How much are your shipping costs, actually?"
Thanks to an exclusive contract with our shipping provider, we are able to charge you only €17.00 shipping for orders with oversized dimensions (longer than 100cm). Small items up to 100cm fall under our cheaper small item shipping for €5.95. Furthermore, you receive free shipping on orders over €300.00.
Private customers often find this €17.00 shipping fee a bit overpriced, but it should be considered that surcharges for oversized items, bulky goods, and handling can apply to such packages. Furthermore, the service providers charge us for additional services such as address changes and multiple delivery attempts (if the delivery doesn't work on the first day).
Another service we offer is the Tracking of shipments until final delivery . Should a package ever not be delivered, we are available to close contact with our customers and shipping providers to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. Orders that are with us to be received by 2:00 PM We guarantee same-day shipping . Delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 2 working days, with approximately 80% of deliveries arriving the next working day.
"Do you secure your transport to prevent damage?"
First, we tested several packaging sleeves and boxes to determine the best way to ship our items based on feedback and shipping damage. Rectangular boxes made of double-walled cardboard proved to be the best option. Furthermore, we trained our warehouse staff to additionally reinforce the boxes with wooden strips depending on the item combination to stabilize the package and thus protect the items.
Should something still get damaged during transport, you can simply contact us by email or phone and we will find a solution together.
"How can I return my goods?"
If you receive damaged items or if we have made a packing error with your order, please contact us via the Cancellation form or by phone at 089/38151664. We will take care of the return immediately and discuss the next steps with you personally. In such cases, we usually send out a replacement immediately upon request or offer a refund of the value of the goods.
Please send the items back within 14 days of receiving the cancellation confirmation and briefly notify us when you have sent the package (ideally with a tracking number) to prevent internal waiting times in the returns department. You will then, of course, receive a cancellation invoice for your records and the amount will be credited to your chosen payment method.
Alternatively, we offer to have the items picked up; for this, we charge a fee of €45.00 for expenses and handling, which we will deduct from the cancellation invoice. A pick-up organized by us cannot be refunded via PayPal.
