We offer square profiles in stainless steel, aluminum and PVC. You can choose from various surfaces, heights, lengths and designs, ensuring that the right profile is available for every construction situation.
Stainless steel: You can obtain square stainless steel profiles from us made of V2A stainless steel (1.4301) in the versions natural stainless steel, fine-ground/brushed stainless steel or polished stainless steel. The brushed square stainless steel profile, for example, withstands high loads and is easy to clean.
In our shop, you can choose between lengths of 100 cm, 250 cm and 300 cm. We also offer matching square corners for stainless steel strips, so you no longer have to cut the rails at an angle.
Aluminum: These square strips are aluminum profiles, which we offer in several colors. The DURAL square aluminum profile in silver (brushed) is also available in black anodized or titanium high-gloss anodized. Furthermore, the high-gloss anodized surfaces have received a fine polish, which creates an exceptional optical effect. They can be used for tile edge protection or as separating profiles.
PVC: We also have square profiles made of plastic. Here you can choose between white and black. PVC profiles are used where they are not subjected to high loads. The DURAL square profile PVC black is easy to assemble, making it an ideal choice for use in various applications.
Square tile rails, due to their shape in combination with tile and natural stone coverings, enable optimal and sophisticated designs. In addition to their decorative function, they optimally protect the corner and edge areas of the covering, even under heavy use.
Our aluminum profiles are ideally suited for applications where no exceptional stresses are expected. To prevent unsightly staining (corrosion) on the surface of the profiles, careful handling of cement-based materials is necessary. Residues of mortar, tile adhesive or grout should be removed immediately from all visible areas, as aluminum is susceptible to alkaline substances. It is important that aluminum profiles are completely embedded in the adhesive layer to prevent the formation of voids in which alkaline water could accumulate (especially in damp rooms).
Anodized aluminum is characterized by a particularly refined surface that normally shows no further changes. Nevertheless, the visible areas must be protected from all cement materials. Damage can also be caused by abrasive or scratching joint materials or objects. Rectangular aluminum corner elements ensure precise and professional design of interior and exterior corners without the need to cut the profiles. With suitable corner pieces, even three-dimensional corner constructions are feasible. For all materials, the following must be considered: Suitability with regard to mechanical and chemical resistance should be checked in each individual application. In general, generally accepted technical standards must be adhered to!
