A tile bender significantly simplifies the bending of flexible tile profiles and bends them precisely to the desired radius. The tile bender with crank is suitable for all tile profiles for bending , as well as for bending selected baseboards (unfortunately this is not possible with baseboards with cable channels) and T-shaped transition profiles. The curver consists of the following parts: 1. Protective hood, 2. Bending disc, 3. Adjustable via an adjusting screw, 4. A sliding guide roller, 5. Two support rollers, 6. Two flat holders and 7. A spacer.

Instruction manual:

1. The Curver is attached to the worktop or similar surface in a secure, immovable manner using the supplied screw clamps.
2. The bending disc is moved away from the support rollers using the adjusting screw and a ratchet. Then insert the profile so that it rests against both support rollers. Then bring the bending disc back to the profile until a slight clamping effect is achieved.
3. To prevent the profile from twisting and the bending roller from being damaged, the profile must be fixed with the flat brackets.
4. By rotating the bending disc using a ratchet, the profile is transported further and initially bent into a flat radius.
5. For a tighter radius, the profile must be rotated several times. To do this, the guide roller is loosened with the wrench and pushed slightly further forward. Then, the bending disc and thus also the profile are moved towards the guide roller again with the adjusting screw until a slight clamping effect is achieved.
6. By rotating the profile several times while simultaneously guiding it, the desired radius is created.
