Our adhesive replaces conventional fasteners, is highly adhesive, pasty, stable, can be painted over "wet on wet", is aging-resistant, weather-resistant, UV-resistant and solvent-free. FLEX 310 M Classic is ISEGA certified and can also be used as an adhesive in food technology. Above all, however, the adhesive is used for bonding composite seals and is ETAG-certified.
This adhesive and sealant is based on MS polymer and features extremely strong initial adhesion. It is suitable for bonding metals, many plastics, ceramics, wood, glass, and stone. FLEX 310 M Classic replaces conventional fasteners such as screws, dowels, and rivets. Due to its very high initial adhesion, bonding is possible even on vertical surfaces indoors and outdoors. The product can be used in dry and interior construction, metal construction, container and apparatus construction, ventilation and air conditioning technology, trade fair and retail construction, and wherever silicones or silicone-containing products are not suitable.
Surface pretreatment:
The surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Many surface contaminants such as oil, grease, dust and dirt can be removed with a suitable surface cleaner. Most materials can be bonded well with and to each other. Mechanical surface pretreatment is usually not necessary.
